1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Bitlink’s services, including our training programs, digital consultancy, and technology solutions. By engaging with our services—whether through enrollment, project requests, or consultations—you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

• Tech training programs (online or in-person)
• Digital transformation consulting
• Custom software, website, or IoT solution development
• Tech advisory and mentorship services

Service agreements may vary by package, project scope, or client category.

3. Enrollment & Participation (Training Programs)

• All learners must complete the official registration and make the required payments according to preferences.
• Learners must attend at least 80% of sessions to qualify for a certificate of completion.
• Refunds for training programs will only be issued if a cancellation request is submitted at least 5 days before the start date.
• Bitlink reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with prior notice in cases of low enrollment or unavoidable circumstances.
• Course content is licensed for individual use. Learners may not reproduce, distribute, or resell training materials.

4. Project & Consulting Engagements

• All project engagements must be confirmed in writing via email or signed service agreement.
• A 50% deposit is required upfront for project development, with the balance payable upon final delivery.
• Project timelines will be outlined clearly, and Bitlink will communicate any delays in advance.
• Revisions are limited to the scope agreed at the start. Additional features or changes may be charged separately.
• Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and content to avoid delays.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, bank transfer, or direct deposit.
• Late payments may incur a 5% penalty per week after the due date unless otherwise negotiated.
• Bitlink is not responsible for third-party transaction errors or fees.

6. Intellectual Property

• All original training content, software solutions, and visual assets remain the intellectual property of Bitlink unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• Clients and learners may use materials for personal or internal business use only.
• Any misuse or unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Bitlink respects the confidentiality of its clients and learners. We will not share, sell, or distribute any private information provided during training or projects without express permission, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Bitlink is not liable for any loss or damage arising from improper use of our training or digital systems.
• Outcomes based on client misuse, poor implementation, or third-party changes.
• Service interruptions due to internet failure, power outages, or national emergencies.

9. Code of Conduct (For Learners & Clients)

• Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or offensive behavior in any form is strictly prohibited.
• Bitlink reserves the right to remove any participant or client who violates ethical or professional standards, with no refund.

10. Termination

• Bitlink reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are consistently delayed
  • Misuse of platforms or intellectual property occurs
• Either party may end an agreement with 7 days written notice, subject to the resolution of any pending dues or deliverables.

11. Updates to Terms

Bitlink may revise these Terms occasionally. All updates will be posted on our official platforms, and continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
